Ask for the Zoom link to watch the SIREG hearings
The next SIREG insolvency hearings are on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at noon and Tuesday, October 20, 2026. Owners can ask L. Culleton at Osler for the link to watch, with a copy to the court's trial office. This page writes the email for you. You send it from your own email.
Update, October 13: The court has asked counsel to keep the list of owners who want to watch, and sends the Zoom link to everyone on that list. Send your request to L. Culleton at Osler and copy the court trial office. The court also posts a public list of hearings each morning; check it on the hearing day.
For this case, the public list is on the Ontario Courts Public Portal (Search, then Calendar Search: Civil and Small Claims, Toronto, 330 University Avenue). You may need to sign in.

Court File No. BK-26-03429084-0032. The October 14 hearing was set at the October 13 hearing. Check the Proposal Trustee's case page for changes.
- Send it now. The next hearing is tomorrow, October 14, at noon, so there isn't much time to be added to the list.
- One email per owner. One email is enough, even if you want both hearings. Please don't send repeats or follow-ups.
- If you get a link: join a few minutes early, show your full name, keep your camera and microphone off, and don't speak unless the judge asks you to. Don't record or take screenshots. Follow the court's instructions.
- No reply? The court decides who gets a link and whether a hearing is on Zoom or in person. Hearings can also move. Check the public list of hearings on the day and the case page for updates.
