Footnote 4 says:

"The Trustee has requested that SIREG Management Inc.'s bank cancel all pre-authorized debit rent collections; however, the Trustee notes that the bank had not finalized processing this cancellation request by November 1, 2026. The Trustee will arrange to return any November rent that was inadvertently collected to the applicable tenant."

If⁠​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​​​​​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​​​​​‌‌​‌​​⁠ your tenant's November rent went to SIREG, the Trustee will refund it to the tenant, not to you. You will need to collect November rent from your tenant directly.

1. Ask your tenant if November rent was withdrawn by SIREG.
2. If it was, arrange payment with your tenant directly.
3. For refund questions, contact the Trustee at TRS-CAD-Mandates@alixpartners.com.
4. Make sure future rent is paid to you or your new property manager, not to SIREG.
